Inspired Gear - Desired Sound

Weaned into electronic music by the moody synth tapestries of Tangerine Dream's Lily on the Beach, and the dense atmospheres of Jean Michel Jarre's Oxygene, g.no started making music in 1994 with various synthesizers, beat boxes and multi-tracking machines. He would later head into the virtual knob twiddling domain of midi and computer music. He considers himself multi-instrumentalist but his primary focus is in computer music and sound design. Like many Filipinos, he embraces many different styles and influences. Hence his involvement and performances with a pop-rock cover band, and on the other end of the spectrum, his original electronic music.

These days g.no finds himself busy writing various articles for Wusik Sound Magazine. He has also created a few soundsets for WusikStation VSTi, namely; Tectonic Plates, Lost in the South Vol. 1 & 2 and Cosmic Passage. Upcoming sound set releases from g.no includes Lost in the South Vol. 3 and Cosmic Passage 2.
